Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations inconvenience our providers and our other patients.

Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in an annotation on your account. If you receive two (2) annotations on your account you will be required to pre-pay an examination fee in order to book an appointment. This fee will go toward the cost of your services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, a late cancellation annotation will be made on your account.
