Appointment Cancellation Policy
We do our best to provide quality care and timely appointments for all our patients. Late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals make it difficult for us to offer care to other pets in need.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a note on your account.
If two (2) notes are placed on your account, you’ll be asked to prepay the examination fee when booking future appointments. (This payment will go toward the cost of your visit.)
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation note will be added to your account.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation—it helps us keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone.
Surgical Procedure Cancellation Policy
When a surgical procedure is booked, our team reserves dedicated time, equipment, and staff specifically for your pet. Late cancellations or missed procedures leave us unable to fill that time, preventing another patient from receiving needed care.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s surgery, we require at least 72 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less notice—or missed surgical appointments—may result in a cancellation fee and/or require prepayment for future procedures.
